Christmas 2010 began with Olivia and Matt performing in Huntsville's Fantasy Children's Playhouse production of A Christmas Carol. They did a great job as Old Joe and the Little Rich Girl.
Hard to recognize Matt!

Felicity made a gingerbread house!
Christmas cookies were baked and shared.
Connor suffered with RSV and had to make several trips to the hospital emergency room for breathing treatments. He was given a quilt and a wooden toy during one of the visits. How exciting that he was given a toy that had been made by his Poppa's Birmingham Woodworkers Guild!

Olivia stayed several days with us. Here she is wearing one of her new shirts from Poppa & Yah-Yah.
I took her to I Jump where she enjoyed the day very much, especially doing...
Then Caleb stayed with us for a few days. We spent a great day at the park when the temperatures warmed up to almost 70 on New Year's Eve. We awoke to a cold and rainy day on New Year's Day so headed to the Galleria for fun on the carrousel and riding the Christmas train as well as eating lunch before returning home.
Monta took the videos on his iPhone, so they are sideways for some reason. Sorry!
Reunited with his best bud when back at Poppa & Yah-Yah's home
Later that night, after bath and ready for bed, play time with Poppa...
We enjoyed traveling to Kentucky for Thanksgiving this year with Traci, Matt, Olivia, and Felicity. We were welcomed with open arms and had a wonderful time with Momma and the rest of the family. Traci had not seen Momma in 2 years, and the family had not seen Felicity since she was 3 weeks old. It had been over a year since they had seen Olivia, so this trip was very exciting for everyone.
Together again!
Special girls representing the generations
In her nightgown and eating lots of Yah-Yah's grilled cheese sandwiches. We couldn't get her filled up!

I regret not getting photos of everyone that was with us on Thanksgiving day! There were 18 of us that gathered together and arrived at various times prior to the meal. Next time I'm putting Monta in charge of this!

Telling Mamaw "Good-bye" the following morning & giving her art work they had made for her refrigerator
I traveled to Huntsville recently to see Olivia, along with the two first grade classes from her school, perform as Flowers in a high school production of Ferdinand the Bull. Monta was unable to go due to a Woodworker's Guild commitment and hated to miss the play. It was an adorable musical, and the Flowers did a marvelous job, especially our Olivia!
Olivia with the star of the play - he did a marvelous job.
Felicity is excitedly waiting after the performance to give Olivia a flower.

Cuteness!!!

Another cute classmate
Following the play, I spent the night with the Tidmore family. Here are the girls in front of their Christmas tree. They are holding their newest family ornaments - dragonflies to remind them of their trip to the beach in October.
This year's ornaments from Poppa and Yah-Yah were a princess theme.
Olivia's Ornaments - the Princess and little pink purse
Felicity's ornaments - the Princess crown & matching purse
Their tree is decorated with many ornaments that bring back great memories from year's past.
I've been neglecting my xanga site lately, and it's past time that it be updated!
We celebrated Connor's 1st birthday on November 6th with a wonderful party at his Nana's home. Amber planned a great celebration of our little guy's 1st year.

Connor exclaims to his Nana, "I loved my party this MUCH!"
Jeremy & Amber invited Caleb & Connor's Nana & Yah-Yah to join them on an outing to Clanton & the Great Pumpkin Patch this past weekend. (Poppa had a Woodworker's Guild festival & couldn't go with us.) It was a gloriously beautiful fall day - just perfect for our time together.
We plan to attend next year and enjoy even more that was offered when the boys are older. We may even return home with some pumpkins!
